Powerfuel Portland has appealed against the planning decision by Dorset County Council and an Inquiry is scheduled to begin on 5 December. Following comments and feedback from various consultees, minor changes have been made to the plans, including an amendment to the footpath route, which will be considered by the Inspector during the Inquiry.
